       You can special order DVDs and videos of any kind, and R-Galaxy pays all the shipping, handling and freight fees. You pay only the manufacturer's suggested retail price. If you decide that you want to place a special order, R-Galaxy requires that you leave a deposit for the full retail price of the DVD or video with either cash or credit card. (If you are ordering from outside the Tucson area, we only accept money orders.) We will also need your name, phone number and address to contact you when your DVD or video arrives. To place a special order, e-mail us and we will reply with the details.

      We are happy to place your special orders, but with special orders patience is important. Manufacturers wait until there are enough orders to warrant another print run. Even our largest distributors can not fulfill our orders if the manufacturer has not shipped the product to the distributors. As soon as our distributors receive the DVDs and videos, you can bet that they will immediately send them so they make their money. The key to today's distribution system is understanding that no company wants to pay excessive taxes for overstock. 
     Therefore, expect a 2-4 week wait, and if it takes longer, we can refund your deposit back to you.

For more than 3 videos, it would be better to e-mail us, and we will respond as quickly as possible, time permitting. More than 10 videos? Drop by the store, and check out our full selection. 

     What you need to know opening a video rental account:

• Video membership can only be opened by an adult of 18 years or older
• Video membership can only be opened if you have a current Arizona driver's license and a current VISA or Mastercard credit card. [Debit cards will not work to open an accout, but you can pay with debit cards.] 
• Membership is free.
• You will be asked to read R-Galaxy rental policies and sign a rental contract.

Upon opening a rental account, you may add a family member or friend, for whom you will be solely responsible.

  What do you want to see? What are your top ten favorites? We really want to know. Tell us by e-mail [no attachments] what specific movies that you love to watch over and over.

       What movie has eluded you that you are searching for and just have to see?
       Did you ever see a film long ago that you really liked but haven't been able to see again? Did you forget what it was called? Maybe it is a movie from your childhood that you just have to see again.
       E-mail us with a complete description with useful details like when you think the film came out, any of the stars that you think were in it, a title that might be close but not exactly right, and then maybe we can help you figure out what it is. We will search as time permits, and only if you identify your real name and phone number (to avoid wasting time on frivolous searches.)
